Hilltop Golf Club is an oasis of golfing greenery, located just a few miles from the Beltway and 20 minutes from the White House in Alexandria, Virginia.  Our 2,300-yard links style golf course was designed by award winning architect, Lindsay Bruce Ervin, who also designed Queenstown Harbor in Maryland, Hog Neck Golf Course on the Eastern Shore and Birdwood Golf Course at the University of Virginia.

Since opening the course in 2003, it has provided a fun and challenging experience for golfers of all levels, with a premium on accuracy and wedge play. Our four sets of tees give every golfer a chance to play from a yardage that is appropriate for their skill level.

Hilltop is a U.S. Kids family course designed to give beginners and juniors a chance to make more pars and birdies, keep up the pace of play and have a more enjoyable golfing experience.

Complete Practice Facility and Driving Range!

Hilltop Golf Club is the perfect place to work on your game. We have a top-notch driving range and practice facility with 68 hitting bays including 20 bays that are covered and heated so you can practice year round. Each bay has measured yardages to our target flags so you can dial in your distances.  In addition, you can work on your short game on our putting and chipping greens and sand shots from our practice bunker. We are the most complete instructional and practice facility in all of Northern,VA.

The Instructional Staff at Hilltop is outstanding. Our experienced and knowledgeable Instructors are available daily to help improve your swing, fine tune your short game or get you fitted for the correct clubs. Hilltop Instructors work with every level of golfer from beginners to professionals and juniors to seniors.  Hilltop has a private and dedicated teaching studio with V1 Golf software to ensure our students have access to the very latest in teaching technology.
